[--Because I drove through the mountainous region of Northern Maryland in a thunderstorm among semis and lived to tell the tale.]



[--Because I managed to get lost in cities, towns, AND interstates (Toledo, Gambrills, and I-80/90/71/76???).]




[--Because of my amazing roommate, I slept on an air mattress with clean sheets in a freshly vacuumed room.  MY room.  And not on the floor with unwashed sheets in some motel.]
